How RxTran Obtains Personal Data

Personal data obtained by RxTran stems from request for quotes from our customers or prospective vendors looking to work with us. RxTran processes data such as personal identifying data, address and location, files sent to us for quotation and projects, resumes and CV’s of our accredited vendors, financial documentation for accounting purposes and email addresses.

User Rights in Regard to Personal Data

At any time, you have the right to exercise your rights under applicable law and regulations. You may request access to your personal data being stored by RxTran. This includes the right to obtain confirmation from RxTran whether your personal data is being processed, where it is being processed and how it is being processed. At any time you may request that RxTran erase any personal data collected in due time. As a user you also hold the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests related to user rights must be made by sending an email to info@rxtran.com.

Transfer of Data Across Borders

Data collected from users may at any time be transferred and stored at a destination outside of the European Economic Area. It may also be processed by RxTran staff operating outside of the European Economic Area by data processors acting on behalf of RxTran. Data Security

RxTran has security procedures in place to ensure that all records are secured. These records are accessible only by those required to access your data. Our servers our only accessed by a small number of RxTran’s staff.  Our information security is only accessible internally and audited to ensure it is in compliance with RxTran’s procedures and meets industry standards.

Retention of Data

When data is no longer deemed necessary in relation to the purpose that it was collected, RxTran will delete user data. Upon withdrawal of consent RxTran will also delete your user data. RxTran also complies with all legal obligations to data deletion. RxTran does not resell or provider third parties with any collected customer or vendor data.

Maintaining Privacy and Confidentiality

When translating a file into multiple different languages, several file exchanges are necessary. RxTran conducts these transfers over their secure translation management system in order to make sure confidential information is secure.  RxTran is committed to complying with all data protection laws.
